I mean, its 3 lightening needles was blocked by 3 ttb, that puts these needles around the level of sasuke’s previous ps chidori, also when ps speedblitzed naruto’s avatar, that was rinn teleportation ,the marks in that panel imply that but people’s problem that they can't even read manga in the first place,however naruto avatar took the blitz with no damage
ps lightening arrows can be countred by kamui shrukens, if sasuke teleported with ps to blitz kakashi’s ps, it will take the blitz with little damage at most, considering that naruto avatart took it with no damage
once sasuke’s s/t is in cooldown after one usage, kamui can snipe his ps head along with sasuke
or kakashi can telepprt behind sasuke inside ps during his s/t cool down and kamui raiki him or absorb him to another dimension

sasuke having More raw power through his ps doesn't mean he wins automatically, for example sakura raw power shits on 1 ms kakashi’s, however kakashi can easily snipe her, though her immense strength

JJ DRG Madara was about to school both RSM Naruto and RG Sasuke. RSM Naruto is nothing special, bar his FRS. Madara has all elements, PS stronger than Sasuke's, all RG techniques, Mokuton techniques, Bijuu Dama that esily dwarfs Naruto's DC etc.

Madara would decimate RSM Naruto.
