Fire chakra is hot... It is produced by the chemical process of combustion, producing a fast oxidation of a material, which process produces heat, light and, if the flame is hot enough, can cause matter to go into the fourth state of matter, called plasma.
In the Narutoverce, fire release is a chakra nature, which creates fire; this is done through the following process: first, the shinobi able to use fire release creates a special kind of gass in his/her stomach (using fire chakra nature), and, by exhaling, he or she indignates this gass, and controls it with fire chakra.
One of the Uchiha clan's trademark is their mastery over this chakra nature and their natural affinity towards using it. Their very emblem and name, the Uchiha, is a fan that is used (in real life, in japan) to enhance the intensity of a fire. Madara Uchiha has shown exceptional mastery over this chakra nature, when he used a wall of fire that covered the whole battlefield. Itachi, Sasuke, Obito and most of the other members of the Uchiha clan are known or presumed exceptional users of it. Outside of the Uchiha Clan, the Sarutobi (3rd Hokage, Asuma, Konohamaru) seem to be quite good in using this chakra nature too. Hatake Kakashi has also shown some skill in it (though, only in the anime)

I focus on my chakra, and make it hot and unstable, turning it into Katon chakra. Then, I start blowing the chakra, and light it up, making a fireball, directed towards the Kiri ninja.
I then repeat the process, but instead of blowing a single fireball, I blow multiple smaller ones.
Finally, I start throwing shuriken, and as they leave my hand, I blow fire chakra on them, and light them up, so that they will proceed coated with fire.

I take a deep breath, and focus my katon chakra to my loins. I then breath out hot air infused with katon chakra, that gets inflamed as soon as it goes out of my lips, making a great steam of fire, that burns the opponent alive.

I perform the Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger hand seals, and then blow a steam of flammable gas towards the opponent. Then, I operate the lighter, and throw it in the gas, causing a violent fireball to be created, all over the flammable gas.

focus your chakra and small fire stream and burn that bush.
I first focus my katon chakra, and then blow a small stream of fire at close range from me. My katon chakra is on constant work, adding more and more heat to my jutsu, till the heat is enough to make a person faint. The fire then reaches the bush (which is also close range from me), and burns it to ashes.
An advantage of this jutsu is that it can not only burn an opponent, but can also make them faint quickly, if needed. That helps in close range fights. An other advantage is that it does not require hand seals, which makes it accessible very quickly.
A disadvantage is that the jutsu is effective only at close range from the user. A second disadvantage, is it's form, being a small stream of fire, making it impractical to use in a fight.
PS: If you agree, I would prefer to have multiple jutsu to fulfill each time, as I get rare occasions to log in due to exams. I can however log in about 3-5 times a week... If you let me, I will add descent descriptions to each jutsu, and will not focus less on each jutsu due to the multiple ones...

Here it is, I want to form the hand seals shown, form them many times until you get them right, then inhale and focus a ton of fire chakra then release it into a large fireball, release it through by making a hole with you index finger and your thumb and blow out.

I first practice performing the following hand seals: Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger. After 3 repetitions, I'm ready to give it a go. Once I perform the handseals, I then take a deep breath. With the air is in my loins, I infuse it with fire chakra. I then form a ring with my index and thumb, and blow the fire chakra through the ring. As it passes through the ring, the chakra ignites, and turns into fire. Then, using shape manipulation, I form the fire into a huge fire ball, that burns the clone in front of me.

An advantage of this jutsu is that it can make a large fire ball, able to burn the opponent's entire body.
An other advantage is it's size, making it difficult to dodge, given it's used in short range.
A disadvantage is it takes a very large number of hand seals, making it difficult to use in close range.
A second disadvantage is the very fact that it's used in short range, meaning the ball of fire stands still, and does not continue towards the enemy. Due to the fact it uses multiple hand seals, this jutsu is very inconvenient in battle.
I first light up my lighter, and throw it to the ground. I then use shape manipulation on the flame of the lighter, and form a fire wall out of it. At that moment, the shuriken attain me, and are stopped by the fire.

An advantage of this jutsu is that it does not require any hand seals, and is very quick to use. An other advantage is the fact that it creates a flame that stays in place, and can be combined easily with a wind jutsu to make a combo.
A disadvantage is that it needs the lighter to be used, meaning that, if your lighter has been wet before by a water jutsu (for example) or if it's raining, you can't use the jutsu, as you can't light up the lighter. A second disadvantage is that it's low rank does not allow it to defend you against powerful jutsu.
I quickly perform the tiger hand seal, and focus my fire chakra to my mouth. I than blow out a steam of fire, and manipulate it (using shape manipulation) to form small rings of fire. Those rings of fire are directed towards the clone, and burn it, till it puffs in wight smoke.
