Were these 5 stated in the manga itself??? If so where?

In that post the lady/guy said: Ichigo, Yama, Zaraki,Unohana (one more that i forgot).

But yea . need help on this big time.

I did read it in the manga, but you'll have to go back a few chapters, I guess... maybe 3-4 chapters back

So far the only confirmed ones are Ichigo, Aizen and Kenpachi. Juhabach says that Yama wasn't one of the five war potentials because he was too proud and refused to ask Orihime to bring back his arm, and that that attitude weakened him over the years. As for Unohana that's just speculation.

I'm almost certain Uryu will end up being one of the war potentials as they already showed interest in how strong he had gotten. The fifth person could be anyone. There's always the chance its Orihime for her healing abilities or maybe a Hollow. Guess we'll have to wait and see.
