Its one of those retcons where the author tries to make something happen that simply is NOT happening. Might guy is mah boi and all but he aint bendin no space! For starters lets discuss the staff bending... The force of the hirudora was powerful enough create a shockwave stream(air canon) the shockwave hit the staff and made it bend the staff is made of onymoudan whichhas proven to bend when under intense pressure like from sasukes ps sword or night elephant. If guy was bending space madara wouldve been effected aswell but wasnt. Now lets discuss the force oand speed of guys attack... Theres no way in hell the attack was strong enough to bend space theres planet sized meteors moving as fast as bullets that cant bend space. The damage from the night dragon was not impressive at all in destructive capacity sure it blew away half of madara but obitos hand punched a hole in madara twiced easily. The night dragon barely did any damage to the ground or the shinju. Last thing is if guy actually bended space he would vecome four dimensional and create a blackhole meaning guys kick would had to have the force of a supernova(an exploding sun) and wouldve completely destroyed the planet and himself.
