Enel and Crocodile have yet to show up since the time skip.... Actually Crocodile might have... But I'm fairly certain the scene I'm thinking of is still pre-skip.



However, it's heavily certain both will appear.

Yes, Luffy is currently losing to both of them atm. Kizaru joined the SH's btw and Luffy doesn't want to be PK anymore, instead he wants to find out who is mother is.
