it said Scroll of "forbidden seals" and they were put in there by previous hokage

so what forbidden seals could be in there?

The first Hokage was married to Mito Uzumaki , So it could be possible some uzumaki seals are included

The fourth Hokage knew uzumaki seals as well , so who knows
