1. I really think that at least SOME of the butt-hurt fans ARE serious about being angry about such banal stuff like manga series ending.

Kishimoto can't satisfy everyone. There will be things in the manga that everyone dislikes, but doing stuff like that is really going too far.

They can't change the ending, so they are trying to give Kishi a bad name, which he doesn't deserve. The guy has sacrificed most of his life and time with his family to complete Naruto. He has worked so hard to make the manga this popular. He deserves respect, not hate.

I was referring specifically to comments on the Base - I don't see any more fan bashing of Kishi here than I have since I joined, but threads like these bashing the fanbases for their actions outside of NB are a relatively new trend.
