so everyone has been speculating that Kaguya is the Juubi... or that her soul has been trapped in Juubi...
but let me show you something entirely differend, and much more simple... that all of us should count into the deck of cards this week...
first of all... let's check this picture... what do you guys see?

most of you guys would probably say Kaguya... but what if it isn't?
what if, with the darkness surrounding the eye and those two dots (which you guys think is the Byakugan) but which could also be the "Dots" that Kaguya has in her forehead?
do you think that the picture itself could be there, only to indicate that behind Madara's Forehead Guard he now has a third eye which he recieved when he absorbed the Juubi? cuz Madara DID SAY that he has the same power that Sasuke has...

the darkness could mean that the eye is now hidden (out of sight) behind the forehead guard of Madara...
and that it's actually just Juubi or Madara that says: "the time to become one has come."
just like they always do... animated eyes that can't see light often look like this:

and in our case, Madara's new eye can't see light since it's behind the forehead guard?
maybe i'm out on deep water here... but what if it's that simple?
A lot of stuff that people think will happen tends to happen in the manga.(still waiting to find out that spiral Zetsu is holding Yamato) I would say that Kishi is predictable but not necessarily in a bad way.
Those white dots are shown in the darkness along with the tomoe Rinnegan.
Madara doesn't seem to have them though.
But hey, you could be right. I also have a theory but it revolves around the idea that Kaguya was absorbed by the God Tree and now she's trying to use Madara to break out.
Regardless, it's still not clear yet so you could be right but I still suspect that it's Kaguya. Hagoromo didn't explain what happened to her afterwards.
