Hinata is a direct descendant of Hamura but doesn't hold his chakra since she isn't the reincarnation of any of his children, Naruto isn't a direct descendant of Hagoromo the only reason he got hold of his chakra is because he met the sage and is the reincarnation of Ashura, bolt is neither
