Guy, no, due to 8 gate's probably enabling him to push Hidan out, however, that only works if he's not already hurt by Hidan and has itel. It's likely he could get caught of guard and have a similar outcome. As for Kakshi, absolutely if you exclude kamui, but kamui practically makes him arguably top 10.

He is probably the most "manly" guy in the manga. He knocked up his lady like a boss, used badass chakra knives, probably smoked weed on the daily, was a great mentor for Ino-Shika-Cho, and he fodderized Hidan until Kakuzu stepped in, despite not having intel on him. Not to mention he is probably the only guy I can think of that did an excellent job pulling off a beard,

But that's not important, I don't know how can you hate a fodder with one of the saddest deaths in the manga? He didn't have a lot of screen time, but he was awesome in my opinion. And he was strong. He was the first man to learn Hidan's abilities, the bad part is that he tested them on himself... And Hidan's not weak. Shikamaru defeated him because of his brain, if he was dumb, Hidan would've killed him way back in the manga.
