I often hear that isshiki stomps madara but how does he deal with these abilties

How does isshiki win if he cant counter the below things

Infinite Tsukuyomi (isshiki has no resistance)
Limbo (isshiki can't sense or interact with them)
Truth Seeking Balls (isshiki doesn't have any hard counters)

Otsutsukis seem to be immune to genjutsu altogether. It was never used against them.

For Limbo, it would be troublesome since Isshiki can't see them or sense them as far as we know, but his physical stats and speed would make up for that.

Isshiki just shrinks Madara's TSBs.
