It will most likely happen in the war. But the war is the BIG climax of the series. why? because its bigger then Naruto vs Sasuke.

Nah, probably gonna take 1 year easily. 100+ chapters easily. Madara and tobi are fighting the main characters... but your forgetting Kabuto , Sasuke , Orochimaru , Konoha 11. .
