There seems to be an interesting analogy between the last 3 rikudou level antagonists (not including Sasuke) and the 3 forms of Majin Buu. This analogy probably wasn't intentional, but it's there.
1. Both Fat Buu and Obito were talk no jutsued and ultimately helped the heroes in the final battle against the last villain (Kid Buu/ Kaguya). Fat Buu was talk no jutsued and befriended by Hercule. Obito was talk no jutsued by Naruto. Both characters were also forced to unleash a darker and more powerful threat against their will just after changing sides (Fat Buu was eaten by that gray evil buu and then Super Buu emerged, and this was just after Fat Buu befriended Hercule. Obito was forced to use rinne tensei to revive Madara just after being talk no jutsued by Naruto).
2. As for Super Buu and Madara: Both of them were responsible for eliminating just about everyone on Earth (Super Buu via genocide blast and Madara via infinite tsukuyomi). Both were used as punching bags for a little while to showcase the power of newly powered up protagonistic forces (Super Buu was beaten up by Gotenks who had just trained in the hyperbolic time chamber and then by the newly powered Ultimate Gohan, and then by the newly fused Vegito. Meanwhile, Madara was beaten up first by 8 gates Guy, then by RSM Naruto and then by rinnegan Sasuke.) During the battles with the newly protagonistic forces, both were forced to absorb something that increased their power (for Super Buu it was Gotenks, Piccolo and Gohan. For Madara it was the shinju). Finally, both of them were literally forcibly transformed into the final villain in brutal ways (Super Buu was transformed into Kid Buu, Madara was transformed into Kaguya).
3. Now for Kid Buu and Kaguya: Both of them lacked in sentience and brain power. They were both essentially just monsters unlike the previous two antagonists. Both of them facilitated a change in the setting of the final battle (Kid Buu did this by destroying the earth which caused the battle to move to the world of the kais. Kaguya did this via amenominaka.) Finally, they were both defeated by the combined power of multiple people.
