The art is absolutely amazing, I mean I don't know if I will ever get into the series itself (If you are, do you recommend it?) but I do know I will be putting down some money on the art books for the series, this is by the same guy who made Slam Dunk btw for those who didn't know.

Guys, you just MUST read this manga! The art and story is absolutely amazing!

There will also be some of the philosophy, which fits this manga really nice. The battles are also epic.

And Sasaki is a predator ! I'm really up to seeing them 2gether soon, but let's not spoil anything.

I agree about the fights, later on you will see even more hell.

But that's what it makes even more interesting, I guess.

I have been up2date with the manga for a few years now and the latest arc revolving around agriculture and a small village was dragged on for so long it got me out of the hype-mode. Still, one of the if not the best drawing styles out there

Vagabond easily has the best art in manga, The fights are so realistic yet really good, but it's not a manga for everyone since there is alote of philosophy ect.
It's really brutal, especially Musashi vs 70 Yoshioka.

It's my favorite Manga so i recommend it.

Other than that it's a legend in it's own right in Samurai and Historical manga. The subject matter of novel is top notch and Inoue-Sensei's art makes is legendary.
