Basically this. Also, your principal has a boss. And that boss has a boss. So on and so forth. You have given up before even exhausting all of your options. I would close the NB tab and start working on several plans towards a solution.

I know, you're right. I'm trying to get the principals private number right now.

That's what I was thinking of. Dominate the situation and get your justice. Don't say "okay" when your principal has no time.

Yea, you're right. I have to grow some balls lmao

It is one hundred percent legal for a teacher to give the grade he desires to give a student, although usually there needs to be a basis for such reason. Police are not involved in this. But; the administration - like principals, superintendents, department heads - are also people too, with the community watching about dropouts, and if it can be convinced that an unfair grade was given, they, you, and the teacher may have a sit-down to discuss a compromise, provided evidence of wrongful grade is there for them to see, and the student is professional about it - and really cares (not just because his or her parent's care).

But of course, you could retrieve the assignments, exams etc., and then contact the scholar boards or administrations to try and dispute the grade. If you can convince the boards, you may not be able to solve the problem, but the teacher would get in extremely bad situation due to the school district and possibly the state. In the end, the teacher would have to be forced to change the grade because after all, the matter wouldn't be a worth of the job.

The law doesn't have anything to do with this. You need to pressure mentally. Scholar boards won't do anything except threaten a bit, the teacher himself has the button and the finger to press it.

That might be true, but I wasn't talking about only one grade, I was talking about all of my grades.
All of them are suppose to be one grade better.
But I talked to my principal on the phone and she said that we'll talk about that on Monday.

-All of you; Thanks for the help! :')

I'm not sure on the resit, but there isn't really anytime left, for me to re-do the exams.
Also that really isn't the problem, all my exams and grades were good this year, I just noticed that my teachers calculated my ( maybe even the grades of my comrades ) wrong. They calculated with the wrong table/chart. I even looked that up in the school law. I know I'm only in the beginning, but if I can't go to college and have nothing else to do, I have to work all week for a very low amount of money and only have 100 Euro for myself. That's pretty degrading. ._.

I hear that.

If the mistake has been made it looks like it's the fault of the tutors.

Not much i can say other than get your parents involved and let them know the facts and as a collective voice see if they can do something about it; ...tough situation

Oh man that's bad. But You should tell your parents of course about what they are doing, and then if the principal doesn't do anything about it you can sue them, but dang I wish you were in America though. What is your system for citizen rights? Tell me and I can figure something out for you and tell me when you need me to do it cause I will! Add me as a contact then a friend. Okay. Because I really don't like how they did that to you. That's your future man. Please let me know and I will surely help!!! <3
