You can just go to their profiles and VM/PM them. Though I suggest reading their profile message first, it often says if they are taking students or not; along when they might be taking more students if they are full. Also, you can keep an eye out for their application threads, when one opens up, just fill out their template. Patience and timing is key.

they are listed there,then look at there profile if it says they are full or not. If it says they are accepting students ask them to teach you.

You ask them politely and in a respectful way via VM or PM to train you. A lot of senseis often already have numerous students, so don't get discouraged if you don't find one immediately.
