[Xbox 360] I need help!

Ok so I'm playing as Madara and he has a move called "Susano'o Welcome" All it seems to do is give him a blue aura. It doesn't summon Susano'o or anything!

What is this move suppose to do???? Please help me!

You have to have someone touch you, like EMS Sasuke's "tilt b" move. When they touch you, he'll summon Susano'o and it will hit them.

his tilt you have flick it keep it on close to the opponent other then that they will be able to block it
