First of all, you need 50 posts before you can create a bio. A bio is the character that you'll use for various RPs. As you get a higher post count, your bio becomes stronger (you get more stats, elements, jutsu, etc).

You need to become a genin (50 posts) to create your first bio, this bio can be a custom character which means he is not affiliated with the Naruto Anime/Manga eg. Goku or Ichigo but bear in mind you need to ask the owner of the bio if any to give you permission to make it. You can also make simple canon bios like Konohamaru or Asuma, if you wish to see the extensive list of the characters' and abilities restrictions refer to the third link below. After your bio is approved you have to find a Sensei/Senpai who can be found in the Sensei table this can be pain as most of them are busy since they have enough students at the time but keep on lookout for their application threads or profile updates and you will find them, then they can initiate your training which can last for months and years. You can always have spars and official battles in the battle arena but train before you do so, as you aren't going to do very well with E Rank jutsus xd
