If I create a phoo on an editing website and I save it on my computer how do I get the Url for it to put it on my sig or something like that.Plz help. Will give rep.

Go to imgur site,upload it there and you will have URL from pic.

Go to any image host ( such as Tinypic or Imageshack ) and upload it there, from there on you can obtain the image URL, or just right click the image ( after uploading ) and copy the image location, depending on your browser.

Sign up on a picture hosting site like Image Shack, follow the instructions to upload, then you will get a URL for the pic.
