Probably spread it around the internet for now. Maybe you could send it to free manga sites like Mangapanda, or NB's Mangabase. Maybe you'll get more help if someone reads it up that alley and likes it?

Try posting it around Social Media's with loads of Hashtags, I know it seems stupid but it just may work, and later on post it to DeviantArt or something then start getting money from people thhat like it, it has to be really good for that of course

Why Japanese comic industry?? Try for dc or universal comic. It's really tough to enter comic industry like Japan basically they don't take gaijin 's work seriously there. I recommend you go for your local comic industry in which you belong. If you are an American you can get good intern under some guy under dc comics as assistant. Hope this helps..

Do you mean they won't publish it at all because of the OP not being a Korean - for that seems like the main objective here... or that one shouldn't try getting it published there at all because they are otherwise racist?

Anyway just throwing an idea out there. OP doesn't want to post any art work anywhere not even on DA but wants to publish the manga. He doesn't want to try in local magazines of papers either.

I' m not even sure if it's fan made and more like a doujinshi ( Just a guess) rather than an original manga or what since OP doesn't want to let us know.

So all I could think of was about making his own site or find something like Webtoons which may allow it. I don't have any more ideas and it's not like I am even remotely related to this field of "publishing".
