I just have a few questions, First off: How do i use other shouts? I have a ton of shouts and dragon souls but i can only still use the very first two?

Also how do i become a vampire and cure myself?

And you become a vampire by being attacked by one, and leaving the disease active.

You cure it by getting like a special quest or something? Or was it a black soul gem ? One of those

Have you 'unlocked' the shouts? In the menu you have to spend your soul to get the shout. Then you can equip the shout and press Z (or whatever you're on) to shout.

If you aren't actually a vampire yet I believe you can just cure it at an altar otherwise you need to talk to Falion in Morthal

also change a shout you go into your spells and under shouts you should be able to use a soul to unlock a tier of said shout, and fully become a vampire and a quest should arise in Morthal by the mage there and the quest will cure you.

Actually, on the fourth stage of vampirism people will attack you or flee

to unlock shouts you need to spend a dragon soul on them.. you obviously get dragon souls by killing a dragon..

to become a vampire you need to catch the disease and then leave it active and sleep a couple of times with it until it turns into vaperism..

to cure it you need to do a quest.. you can get it various ways one way is to get it off the dawnguard.. it involves you getting a blacksoul gem and someone performing a ritual

u use shouts after killing the dragon and dont forget to set it up in the spell menu
also once you become a vampire u have only 3 days to cure it otherwise it become a permenant deasese like AIDS

Go to the throat of the world and ask for some words of power. Theyll give you a quest which points out to those and once youve read them, you can unlock them by using the dragon souls youve collected.

You can become a vampire by being attacked by one, usually can be found in snowy mountainous caves.

Or in the DLC: Dawnguard, you can join the vampire faction and become a vampire and lord. You can feed on the people in the castle, so they can be used to drop your affinity back to 1. Or buy the potions of blood which does the same.

To cure, either go to Morthal and ask the mage, which will require you a filled Black Soul Gem or do the companions guild quest and become a werewolf.

1.To unlock shouts, Just click on the shouts tab and then select the shout you want to unlock and press R and then it will show something like this " Spend dragon soul to unlock this shout " click yes but make sure you have a dragon soul

There is also a dlc called Dawnguard which will let you become a vampire level 4 and people won't attack you and plus you'll have extra perks
