Go to your User CP > click 'Edit Signature' on the left-hand column of the page.
To add an image, press the image icon (it looks like a tree in a picture frame) and copy-paste the image URL into the box. To find the image URL, right click on an image you find on the internet and click 'View Image' or 'Copy Image Location'.
To add a video, click the video icon (it looks like a piece of film reel), and copy-paste the URL of the video you want into the box.
