I need help from a Photo Professional

Don't ask any questions but the image quality is awful and I can't see the security code in the back. Its too blurry. Can anyone help clear the blur or enhance the quality? Help me find out what the three numbers are?

Looks like 879 or 829 and you can't really fix that blur considering the pic was taken in motion.
Suggest just asking whoevers card that belongs to. Hopefully you're not using someone's card without their consent.
