I Need Clarification on Naruto and Sasuke's Powers. Help Pls?!

I guess my first question is what did the Sage give them really?

Was it just the seals or powers + the seals or were the powers a byproduct of the seals?

Are Sasuke's bijuu rinnegan and flying susanoo the result of Kabuto's cells being added to him or the Sage's powers and/or seals?

I'm thinking it's the result of the Sage's powers and/or bc he would've gotten the regular rinnegan with just Kabuto's cells, no?

We see Naruto was able to fly and create new eye balls after receiving whatever the Sage gave them. Was it the seal that enabled him to do it or was he given new powers?

If the bijuu rinnegan if from the Sage and Sasuke still has it even after sealing Kaguya, then shouldn't Naruto still be able to fly and create new body parts?
