you cant learn anything since you dont have a bio you need 50 post then you can start making bios and get a sensei or sempai btw they wont look for you you have to search them out

As it stands now you're able to RP in Konoha Town where a Bio isn't needed, you'll have to wait if you want to do battles and such until you have a bio.
