Those bars that we have goes up by post count, it has not further use.
On top of that Kumi is pretty useless(you can pay for avatars, but you can also request them and most of the time only for some Rep), so if you wait there is a chance somebody would donate Kumi.
On top of that i have no idea what a Mugen Engine is and have no intention of finding out, maybe you find someone that is willing to test it.
