Well if that's the case. The OP might've been banned for something else. If the thread is breaking any rules, and the OP is banned you should still report it. Could be that a staff forgot to delete the thread.

Thats why we have a report button.. go and report the threads. And it will be taken care of, ofc sometimes deleting threads get delayed and sometimes the moderator forgets about it. Either way if it bothers you it's your responsibility to report the threads.
