There is a humongous difference between Madara and Obito, when they don't have the power of the Juubi.

With his own power, senju DNA, and Sagemode, Madara is able to control the juubi and channel its power, since after all, Juubi is Natural energy, sagemode allows one to control natural energy, having the rinnigan, senju dna, uchiha dna allows Madara to control the large amount of natural chakra.

Obito didnt have sage mode, thus he couldnt control the juubi at full power, nor fully channel its power.

First, Madara is naturally stronger and had a powerful chakra even as a kid.
Second, he had unlocked the Uchiha's full potential, the EMS.
Third, he unlocked the Rinnegan, he is one of the only two human who unlocked it. Obito's is just borrowed.
Fourth, by acquiring Hashirama's mokuton and sage mode, he have also acquired the perfect body, or the Senju's full potential.
Fourth, he is revived leagues above his prime.
Fifth, he actually read the Sage's tablet and learned the sage's secrets.
And lastly because he is Madara ****ing Uchiha

This... I was finna get ready to say, senjutsu...

It is a combination of a lot of things actually.

-Full Juubi chakra
-Madara was healthy, Obito was dying
-Madara had/has Sage Mode

All of this right here, especially the sage mode part... Damn, to have The RINNEGAN, HASHIRAMA'S SAGE MODE, and you're the JUUBI'S JINCHURRIKI at the same time??!? Damn Madara! I can't wait to see what's going to happen from here on out.

To add in to what others have said:
- The Juubi didn't need to have that first form with tons of teeth because it has the Hachibi and half of the Kyuubi now, compared to the incomplete one. The one that got summoned and absorbed was the calmer form (the "do you even lift bro" one) which was easier to control.
- Madara has more conviction than anyone else. There was no "trial" to triumph over. He wills it.
- About the Rinnegan: The eyes originally belonged to him, making him more powerful compared to Obito who only borrowed one of it. It's like wielding Thor's hammer (or something, yeah).
- Wasn't the Gedo Mazo under his, erm, contract of sorts to begin with as well? He's the first one to summon it.

And a lot more aspects that simply makes it easier for him to become its jin.

Your right. Obito does have a incredible will. However, he is still more mentally/emotionally unstable than madara. We have seen that the bijuus prey on emotions(kurama used narutos pain to start to extract himself(the tailed mode))

Also the juubi itself was more unstable. It only had a fraction of 2 bijuus power.

Also madara was not inflicted with a wound, or tired from fighting off anothers willpower.

(obito had to fight off madaras willpower(black rods) and then was gashed by minato).


So its not that much bull really. It may not be great, but there are plausible explanations.

If anything is bull, its that sakura can insert her hand into naruto and squeeze his heart with little to no bleeding from him.(im no anatomy expert, but he should be bleeding from sakura inserting her hand)
