We had a theme for sasuke Sasuke-Itachi

Until they introduced his mom with an epic story of her getting killed.
Sasukes mom was also killed but in a massacre which is kinda lame how basically no uchiha could stop itachi proving how fodder that clan is.

You guys realize itachi killed the whole entire uchiha clan? He doesn't even lead the clan yet he killed everyone? Even the person who lead it at the time? Sorry for getting off-topic I just wished sasuke parents got more you know.

Naruto is more important than Sasuke. Sasuke's story development is also meant to affect Naruto.
That's why Sasuke's character was lead to destroying Konoha...

I can't believe people think Sasuke share the main character status with Naruto, just because he gets story development. Sasuke was meant to push Naruto into further development, that's why he got his own story. If he didn't have a story development like he did, it would be hard for him to push Naruto...

Even Kakashi had his own Gaiden arc... Kakashi and Sasuke are equally important, but not more important than Naruto...

Sasuke and Itachi's parents aren't as relevant to the storyline like Naruto's parents so I highly doubt there will be a history update on them.

Sasuke's parents have little relevence to the story other then being part of Sasuke's motivation.

Also Naruto is the main character, so his parents get special status and have far more relevence to the story.
