I've been arguing with someone on youtube about this yesterday.
Goku is extremely powerful yes, but the creators of Superman have stated that he is as powerful as he needs to be, meaning, if he ever faces someone powerful, he can push himself even farther than them, no matter what.
Goku has no knowledge of Kryptonite and it's effect on Superman, so he could not use it to his advantage, and even if he did know, Goku likes to fight on even ground, he would not use it.
He also has no knowledge of Superman getting his power from the sun, so he would not destroy it. Even if he somehow worked that out, it would be unlikely that he would go as far as to destroy the sun, which would destroy Earth.
So this leaves him with the only option of instant transmissioning Superman to a sunless planet, which rules out anywhere in the solar system. It also means that he would need someone with a significant ki level to lock on to, and he would also have to know that the planet has both, no sun, and oxygen for him to breathe.

And he has fought gods like Anti Monitor. Quit being butthurt and accept the fact. Try looking into some of Superman's feats instead f selectively hearing some and just relying on cartoons, and you'll see a huge diffirence.
