If you have an alternate E-Mail address and/or you remember your personal detail when you first created your Hotmail account, then yes. That's how I got mine back a few weeks ago.

this OP . or just put that option to sent you an sms or how you say it in your country to your phone so that it shows the code , for you to put it , so recover your email.
