Danzo can't do it without the sharingan(s) kakashi can't do any of that without the sharingan either, there is no evidence of him still having it in the manga, there's a scan of obitos chakra(essence?) or whatever entering kakashi, and leaving kakashi, the fact that he has performed absolutely ZERO uchiha/sharingan feats since then should be all the evidence you need instead of trying to reenforce your own fan fics

If Madara without sharingan can not use Susanoo, then maybe that logic will be applied on Kakashi as well.
But Madara lost both of his eyes and he is still able to manifest Susanoo and then the only statement/evident that applied to Susanoo is to awaken MS from both eyes sockets. This is a proper logic that Kakashi can have susanoo
UNTIL NOW.
Unless in any future event (canon source ofc) that makes it clear on Susanoo matter and prevent Kakashi from having it, then the logic from above still stand.
