I like the Rikudo power-ups, but would like to see more tradional ninja attacks too

I like the Rikudo power ups, a lot actually, in fact I'd like them to get even stronger. Still, I definitely want to see more tradional ninja stuff too. I want Naruto characters to throw bombs filled with glass shards or chili powder in them to blind opponents, I want Naruto to weild small dual scythes, I want Naruto to be throwing stinky rotten eggs and fart again, and I want more masked characters like Kakashi, Zabuza, Haku, and Tobi to be introduced.

Am I the only one who likes the current power levels, but wants them to still use ninja stuff?

Yeah there is quite a few, They either use timed cameras or give it to a stranger or a companion to take it for them standing with their friends.

On topic though, Kakashi is almost the only one we can see now. Stabbed Obito's hand with a Kunai in the recent chapters, classic.

Allow me to rephrase it, because it seems you misunderstood.
She didn't get a nose bleed.
The reason for that I believe is because she is a female, "most" and I repeat, most and not all females get the urge to "you know" from emotions and not just physically seeing or else.
The point I was trying to let across is that the jutsu isn't too much effective for many cases.
