Hannibal sat across from her in the corner, the place was quite a choice. Seemed like a place for decent people and apparently they knew how to treat their customers with respect. Hannibal received a small glass of wine. As he sat there he twirled the wine in the glass, looking at its blood red content.

"It is quite an interesting choice Lima, I actually was not sure what to expect when you invited me to meet you here, but I must say that I am surprised by your choice."

Hannibal sipped on the wine, tasting it vividly before continuing.

"Great wine by the way... my story? well that is quite a long one I must say, and some things I wish not to talk so freely about. But I can tell you that it was quite a while back when I first realized that I was 'special' as you so gently put it. It was after an accident on one of the islands in the Ancrath Kingdom, that rendered my hearing not up to par with others, sometimes I have trouble hearing. It was after that time that my sense of smell and taste began to feel different than normal, of course I have always had a great taste for food and drinks, some of it may seem bizar to some as my preferences in meat differs from others. But its interesting to see how my story have taking such interesting turns to make it to this place."

Hannibal stopped, as he was not quite sure what Lima exactly wanted to hear, I mean it was not like she did not know that he was part of her clan, but she may not know his past and the cruelties he have committed, but he would rather keep it to himself in this open area.

"If you wish to know more about me we would have to do this more privately Lima. Oh!... I almost forgot you asked me about what I know about the clan, well I do not know much but from what I recall from my last visit was that we through our sense of taste is very capable of tasting our surroundings down to the point where we can pinpoint different tastes and even taste different chakras around us. Not only that but the people in the clan have different abilities, one being we have corrosive saliva, which i quite enjoy the sound of since, well it may make it easier to handle victims and digestion. We may induce illusions through taste as I understand but I am not quite informed on how all of our abilities work, but I presume you are here to enlighten me about all this."

"About my past Lima, you probably know that I am a very big enthusiast about dinner parties and making delicate food for my guests. Well to but it simple the meat is always very tender and tasteful with a lot of different flavors, but it always come from the same species.... man..."

Hannibal paused to see her reaction to his response, showing that he somewhat trusts her with one of his secrets, before continuing answering her question.

"As for what I feel, the taste of everything? well I do taste the awful stench from the man sitting in the bar drinking a bottle of sake, and I do taste the wooden floors which I'm guessing was cleaned throughoutly recently. Don't know how much you want me to tell you that I feel or taste Lima, but my sense of taste has always been one of my more unique features and my corrosive saliva is quite intriguing I'm actually somewhat surprised of how effective it is.... and what exactly are you mentioning when saying my breath was pungent Lima?"

He said as he leaned back in the chair, letting his arms rest, drinking a bit of the wine and smiling at her.
