Why would maintaining Izanagi interfere with his other fanfic, doujutsu abilities if it didn't interfere with his strongest(Susanoo) and Sharingan Genjutsu?

As Kishimoto directly said Madara is the strongest member of Uchiha clan , so unlike others he is too strong so he doesn't need his other 2 MS abilities.
