well i was re reading some of the previous chapters and the only person it can be is Obito think about it Kakashi's right eye tobi's left eye how tobi new kakashi's Mangeyko wouldn't work on him ( He knows how to counter his own ability ) It cant be anyone else And besides it is in the Name Obito is just mixing the letters around and getting rid of 1 of the o's , Yes his body was crushed but BUT since it was a life or death situation HIS MANGEYKO activated at the last second making him Intangible well the half of him that was under the rock to make it seem as tho he was dyeing he gave Kakashi's his left eye Knowing he would be able to see through his eye that he gave kakashi and spy on the leaf the reason he appears older is because of the dark ninjutsu he has been practicing and due to his space time ninjutsu which stem's from his left eye's power possibly altering his age

Yes because he replaced it when he and itachi slaughtered the uchia only because Kakashi is close to naruto and he can keep and eye on him since he is the 9 tails host through Kakshi's eye that Obito gave him on his "Death Bed" and that it posses no real risk to Obito who is toby since it his eye his eye want affect him .
