Orochimaru is taking Sasuke to meet Obito and Madara, who with their combined knowledge also gained from Zetsu, know EVERYTHING about the history of Konoha, Uchiha Clan Massacre etc. Don't call me a fanboy, but it is a fact that Obito is the one who helped in the Uchiha clan massacre. Sasuke needs Orochimaru for some divine reason to make them tell him everything with no lies.

Because sasuke has a friend in orochimaru ? What would oro have to gain by putting himself at the very center of the war he already said he wants no part in ? I'm still certain is its the rds each kage has info on what is going on hashi starts off the beginning of the story tobirama tells about the rising tensions and what happened after his brother died hiruzen can fill sasuke in on the actual political tensions between the uchiha clan and the leaf that started after the kurama incident and minato can confirm who really attacked the village plus oro still needs all his chakra to take on sasuke which is also in the rds.

My guess is that he will revive the entire Uchiha Clan that were killed by Itachi. If Sasuke couldnt perform Edo Tensei it might be for some reason, but even Kabuto state that Orochimaru perfected the technique and he might even be able to summon more than Kabuto. Kishi has mentioned his parents far too much to leave them out and along with the clan as well. If its not the clan then it must be his Father

Agreed, its his mom and dad. The scroll is prlly someway of speaking to them or accessing their chakra or something. There is no way after all that build up that the ones who know everything are Tobi and Madara. As someone just said, Oro stated he wants no part in the war. So it would make sense that Sasuke's mom and dad are the people in question, Sasuke meets them and gets a powerup, then he goes to where Madara and Tobi are.

I don't think it is Madara and Obito at all. I honestly have no idea right now, my guess for who the person would be is fugaku because he was the head of the clan and knows all about the uchiha clans activities up until the massacre. As for what kind of power is on the scroll, i have no idea man...
