Naruto will go BERSERK mode because he thinks Sasuke got killed and will beat Madara... SOMEHOW.
And I also learned that u should never trust an old man, like Hashirama. LOL
Anyway, its possible this is their plan, for the jutsu to work, maybe its Izanami, but I highly doubt it.
And the funniest part would be, if it turns out to be a shadow clone or Hashirama transformed into Sasuke, cos Kishi will troll everyone that way and since Hashirama is invincible, he would not die.
Edit:It might also be Izanagi, because Hashirama might have told Sasuke how to do that jutsu right now when he requested him to come. Hashirama was in the Shinobi War, so he probably saw a lot of Uchihas use it. I think its Izanami however. But Madara does have the rinengan, won't he be able to escape?
