Seeing, I just thought.....that attack what Pikachu launched looks exactly like what a lightning style rasengan would look like....just imagine if bolt created a lightning style rasengan that when an enemy is hit with it they are electrocuted badly to the point where their chakra points and cells would be destroyed beyond what naruto was able to do against kakuzu when he hit him with a wind style rasen shuriken.

Kakashi spent years trying to combine his lightning style into Rasengan and failed because of incompatibility, so he applied some of the mechanics of Rasengan into his Chidori and stuff instead. So I don't think Bolt can do what Kakashi can't, at least not at that age
