I know this is an age old million dollar question...but!

Honestly, does anyone know why Tobi/Obito pretended to be a "good boy" to the akatsuki members, especially to zetsu?

The first time they showed him, he was asked zetsu if he could join akatsuki and zetsu acted as though he wasn't obito at all? Kisame already knew who he was and I don't really see a reason why he needed a disguise if he's the leader?

Anyone? Thoughts? Answers? Anything aside for plot no jutsu?

I was wrong on that Nagato bit. Nagato knew him. As Madara, ofc.

but then why fool zetsu if he already knew it was him?

Nagato and Itachi knew him as Madara.
Zetsu was the only one who knew him as Tobi.

You were wrong with Kisame, Kisame only learned Tobi's identity (as Madara) after Itachi's death, and Pain's death too, if I'm not mistaken.

All this was to fool Akatsuki, most likely.
