First of all : you saying " I know it's a manga but .." is stupid in my opinion , because yeah this is a manga where anything can happen .

Second of all : like what most of the others said , her vital organs are unharmed . yes maybe she is losing an excessive amount of blood ..but we are talking about a legendary medical shinobi that has Senju DNA and the Byakugou technique , and as far as I'm concerned ..
if she was able to survive being pierced in a vital organ , she sure as hell will be able to survive this .

Come on, Kishi knows he must kill off someone important now. It's obvious Tsunade is gonna go. He would show us a page with all kage dead / Tsunade barely alive just for nothing? And Tsunade won't die because she's half, even if she would eventually cause even a senju can't live like that.. she will die because she will give all her remaining chakra to save the kage.

It's either them or she. It's so obvious, I can't believe you guys honestly think everyone's gonna be okay after that..

All I can say is if she lives through that, I will ****ing hate that ridiculous character for cheating death so many times. Kishi would kill Tsunade's character by letting her live when he could make her a hero by dying. I sincerely hope
he's aiming for the latter.
