Yeah he's not going to carry he around while fighting kaguya so he probably going to set her down

The only way I can see that happening is if Kaguya comes. ( Can't fight while carrying her and Obito can escape to Kamui)Him giving her to Obito would be like him, but I think its more likely that he will give her chakra so she can get around on her own.
