Don't you hate it when anime you love isn't popular like others.
Just name a few
Mines are Big Windup,Prince of tennis, and Kuroko no basketball

I'm going out on a limb here- but I think you may be into sports anime!

Some anime that are unpopular do deserve more credit. Big Windup wasn't that good, Prince of Tennis is actually pretty popular, haven't heard of the third one.

EDIT: I should probably say that I don't particularly think Big Windup was bad, but I just haven't ever been into sports anime much, and it wasn't the best thing I've seen.

I've heard of Prince of Tennis. What's the premise of the other two?

Big Windup is beyond the normal baseball anime, a rag tag group of baseball players kind of. I say it's worth the watch if you're into that genre. Only basketball anime I've seen is Ro Kyu Bu which I won't go into detail with. XD

Big windup
The series, set in Saitama, follows the story of Ren Mihashi. Mihashi was the previous ace pitcher in his middle school's baseball team, but it seems that he only got the position because his grandfather was the owner of the school. His teammates (especially the team's catcher) hated him, and they always lost their games. Mihashi is thoroughly convinced that he is a lousy baseball pitcher and he graduates through middle school with extremely low self-esteem. But the truth is that he is really a hardworking and skillful pitcher, and the main reason why his team always lost the games is the bad cooperation, because his teammates never talked about the game with him, and they didn't even try to come up with a plan or strategy to fight against their rivals. He then transfers to Nishiura high school with plans of quitting baseball because he thinks he isn't good enough to succeed at it, though he still loves the game deeply. However, he is dragged into Nishiura's baseball team by their coach while watching the team training outside the field. Assisted by his new teammates (and especially the catcher, Takaya Abe), he grows in stature, confidence and skill, helping his team excel with his own abilities.

Kuroko basketball
the basketball team of Teikล Middle School rose to distinction by demolishing all competition. The regulars of this team became known as the "Generation of Miracles". After graduating from middle school, these five stars went to different high schools with top basketball teams. However, a fact few know is that there was another player in the "Generation of Miracles": a phantom sixth man. This mysterious player is now a freshman at Seirin High, a new school with a powerful, if little-known, team. Now, Kuroko Tetsuya, the sixth member of the "Generation of Miracles", and Kagami Taiga, a naturally talented player who spent most of middle school in America, are aiming to bring Seirin to the top of Japan, taking on Kuroko's old teammates one by one.

Cromartie Highschool was super underrated...It's humor was easily college level in the Anime world.
