I had a feeling Madara was going to be nerfed and I hate being being right sometimes....seriously how does he lose his eyes as a result of being revived by Rinne Tensei?Where in the manga did it state that Rinne Tensei revives a person in the state that they died in?This is PNJ at it's finest to make Madara easier to defeat but even now he held off Sasuke and is confident enough to take on the bijuu so it looks like Madara is still great despite being blind.

But seriously though Rinne Tensei revives a person no matter what and Madara should still have his eyes.

It was never said that RT revives in the state you were prior to death.


In Madara's case, his Edo body was used and transformed into a living body.
