Its not like its hard to guess where this fight is going, its a run of the mill Shounen manga, and its the only thing that makes sense.

That was the counter. You are assuming that naruto will save the day alone coz he's the protagonist. Based on what knowledge of other shonen manga? I think Kishimoto has been nailing it in our heads pretty hard that naruto and sasuke are both needed for victory.

So you are still resorting to insults, this will be my last reply to your post because I don't play the insult game and do the flame war thing.
The entire conversation with the Sage was focused on Naruto rather that Sasuke, Naruto was prophesized to save the world, even the resurrection thing focused on Naruto with Obito trying to save Naruto, also there is no story where the Deuteragonist saves the world in the end instead of the hero.
Its not like its that hard to see where this is going.
Also their is the issue that Madara is completely immortal while the Tailed Beasts are inside of him and the only one who can remove them happens to be Naruto, and Naruto wants the Tailed Beasts alive, so really there is no question he will extract them before this fight is over.
Like I said before, this fight will probably end with Naruto extracting the Tailed Beasts, and then Sasuke uses Hashirama's seal in order to trap Madara.
I'm implying nothing. I directly stated how I believe naruto will be used in this fight. Just as as sasuke couldn't hurt obito ,naruto won't be able to fight madara without sasuke
Well there is one other possibility, and that is that Madara isn't the final villain, then it would make sense for Sasuke to defeat him with Naruto playing the absolute minimal part, then Naruto has to step up to the plate to defeat the final villain. For example Kaguya.

No. The author simply does not want to reveal sasuke's true intentions to the reader. No doubt that naruto is the prophesied child but please tell me what sasuke is doing there. So the OP is saying the story will focus on sasuke talking to madara, coz he has much more in common than with naruto. Seems logical right? @bold there is a first for everything and I know you're not insulting but you have to be delusional if you are ignoring sasuke's role in "saving the world". I'd say 50/50 participation. Can't the deuteragonist be the hero too.

Well Sasuke is a brilliant strategist, so I agree that Naruto will definitely be listening to him, throughout the fight

1- I don't think Sasuke's immune or something, it's his Rinnegan that's reacting to every situation IMO because Sasuke doesn't know how the f*** he's doing those things...
2- It's that 'Light Jutsu' that absorbs everyone in IT, once it's over Naruto and Sasuke will be back on their feet...
3- Naruto still has to show/use his Sage powers, until now he's either healed something or just use Bijuu's powers...
Well I don't think Sasuke needs to protect Naruto for long, the whole light up the moon thing is only a threat while Madara is reflecting his third eye off the moon, the moon is a mirror not a light bulb.
Once Madara stops reflecting his eye it will be safe for Naruto to come out.
Madara only needs to light up the moon temporarily, what permanently binds people to IT is the God Tree's branches.
As for how this fight will go, Naruto will extract the Tailed Beasts and Sasuke will then bind him with the seal from Hashirama, that is my prediction.
