I love you more. TY
It's a good movie indeed. The problem is that Hinata, even being the main heroine, doesn't have great feats in this movie, the only thing she does is to help Naruto destroy Tenseigan with Hamura's chakra. Other characters were neglected as well, even the main ones (Sakura, Shikamaru and Sai) had some nice moments, but nothing great. The movie is almost all about NH.
Positive points: the Hyuuga background revealed, funny moments, a lot of NH scenes for those who like it, Sakura is cute and a very likable character is The Last, she is always supporting Naruto and Hinata, Shikamaru is amazing too, Sasuke badass moment, for those who like SS, there are two scenes when Sakura talks about love and Sasuke appears wandering.
During her conversation with Hamura, he gives her his chakra and it turns purple. Then, she uses the chakra alongside Naruto's Rikudou chakra to destroy the Energy Vessel.
She didn't have it from birth.
You've either watched an incomplete form, watched it with dodgy subs or without subs in the first place.
Oh what made you said Sakura is the most able against genjutsu?
I don't remember any comedic moments when I saw the film about a month ago.
What scenes do people find so funny ?
@bold: Personally as a Hinata fan I could careless for her feats. I mean yeah sure I will feel something is missing there in her arsenal. But to me that is not really more important than her role in this movie. If she plays it well than I am more than happy.
almost everytime Sai spoke or appeared it was funny af, this dude is priceless and so frank Lol
Naruto being a giant dork around Hinata.
Sakura bashing Naruto about how dense he can be, Shikamaru making fun of him for the same reason too.
and of course all the scenes showing how popular Naruto became.
the senpai yelling in the school for example, all the girls and even boys giving him presents, the kids in admiration about him and oh, in one of these scenes, you can see a girl hiding in a corner and taking a picture of him on the street and Ino is explaining that girls basically travel to Konoha just for this kind of stuff XD
hum nope sorry i'm re watching it and nothing is missing at all...
the glowing violet ball the man with a beard vomited was the weird spell like a genjutsu that permitted her to see his memories from the war on the Moon + to understood what happened exactly there + to met Hamura's ghost (the creepy dude with horns, white hairs and the byakugan) whom explained her how Toneri was wrong about what he wanted and that she must saved what Hagoromo created on Earth.
here some caps, she had it since birth and Toneri too thx to their dna (blood = cells = dna it's only logic right?).
she explained it twice.

Hinata's chakra color is purple just like Naruto's chakra color is yellow (and orange when mixed with Kurama's chakra which is red), Toneri's chakra is green (just look at the color of these weird ball he used more than once during the movie to suck chakra).
Hinata Hyuuga is from the main branch of the Earth clan and the heiress aka the byakugan princess of Hamura's clan on Earth, Toneri is from the 2nd branch of the Moon clan, he's not pure unlike her (he said it when he talked about Hanabi's eyes and how pure the power of the main branch is) but both are Hamura's descendants sharing his chakra and dna.

Wasn't she flying with Naruto at the end?
Naruto's rasengan pushed them in the air. Then they begun slowly falling and kissed.
The falling wasn't as dramatic as it would be in real life for romantic purposes.
I know that, but once they reached the sky, they sorta flew/floated there, not actually falling, and moved towards each other.

I mean, the snow is clearly falling, but them? Doesn't appear to be the case.

ah ok. I guess Kishimoto did decide to go with Chakra control as a counter to genjutsu
Also, Lady Byakugan, Hinata can't fly
Great. More feats for Minato, one of the best chakra control masters in the series. Though I'm sure you'd disprove of that Lol
You're wrong.
Every Uchiha/Senju inherits the DNA of Indra and his power, but not his chakra directly. Only Madara and Sasuke inherited his chakra directly because they were his transmigrants, hence why they possessed special forms of the Sharingan.
You've watched some half-baked fansubs and unluckily for you, I don't need them. If you did understand Japanese, you would have known that Hamura passed on his chakra directly to her during their conversation, just as Hagoromo did with Naruto and Sasuke. Hinata's chakra was originally blue, but was purple after he passed on his chakra to her.
