We have 38 chapters remaining of manga material once the filler is over and based on the pacing of the filler arc there's no way they'll be able to wrap the story up with the next opening. So you can expect an Opening 18 in October. This is what I see happening. The filler will go on and finish in June based on the current pacing. The new opening in April will cover the conclusion of the filler arc and events of volume 69/70. (Chapters:663-679)

Then when we get Opening 18 in October I see them finishing the story with volumes 71/72. (Chapters:680-700) I can easily see Chapter 700 being stretched out into an episode or 2.

VOTE 2 is guaranteed good animation but no promises can be made for anything before that. I wouldn't be surprised if Hachimon Gai is dumped with Ik-Hyun Eum like with the Kisame fight tbh.

The animation in that ep was top notch; it was just that Wakabayashi was trying out something radical and experimental for what? Less than a minute for the entire episode. Wakabayashi is one of the finest animators in Japan...
