Why doesn't Sasuke have the Tomoe Rinnegan anymore? Wth?

He had the tomoe one in "Naruto: The Last" and also the final chapters of Naruto

Yet he was still able to use Amenotejikara without them.

So what the hell is the difference between a regular rinnegan and the tomoe one?

There is a theory going around that since Sasukesama didn't have EMS activated in his regular sharingan the tomoe didn't appear in his Rinne. Though that theory is unlikely.

I thought that they would appear when he activated MS because of the different lvls in his doujutsu but we see scans with 3T shiringan an his 6T rinnegan activated at the same time, so it must be error on Kishi's part though i don't see how he could forget something so simple seeing as how he put so much time in the Uchiha an their eye disigns and powers.

No because he can't use amaterasu with his right EMS eye the tomoes let him use it with Rinnegan.
