I Just Realized Something

I Just realized something that I think a lot of people may have Forgotten about. Both Hashirama & Tobirama Are restrained by Black Rods. Does that nean that Maybe Madara can control them and turn them into paths like the 6 paths of pain. People are probably gonna say that why hasn't he done it by now and Maybe he needs his left Rinnegan for it. I mean it would be A missed opportunity to have 2 of the most powerful Shinobi on your side.
