I might be wrong about this, but in addition to copying Madara's voice when impersonating him and incorporating Spiral Zetsu's face into his second mask design, I believe that Tobi actually copied both Spiral Zetsu's voice and personality into his persona.

I feel the Goofy Tobi act was a direct impersonation of Spiral Zetsu that included a mimicking of his voice. I think its clear that Spiral Zetsu acted in a way that is comparable to Goofy Tobi and I think that his voice would be a great match for Spiral Zetsu. Here are some images that show them using similar hand motions, something they did similar:

What do you guys think? Was this already obvious? Thoughts, comments, suggestions?

You only noticed that now? The moment his spiral face zetsu appeared in the manga it was obvious tobis persona originated from him..In fact judging from the way things have turned out it's not a far cry to theorize if Obito was even acting out of his own will, he ma have been controlled by Black zetsu this whole time

Yeah that seems possible.
I don't think we know enough about spiral Zetsu to make this assumption. However it does seem plausible and very likely.
Thanks guys!

His mask was obvious, but I peronally did not think about the persona and especially not the voice until hearing the real Madara's voice. However, this is why I posted at that bottom whether or not people thought this was obvious already :).
